At Hope Academy, we are extremely proud of our Student Voice teams who demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities. Our Student Voice leaders apply to join specific teams and work on specific areas of improvement across the academy. Currently, students are working on the five main areas of: Wellbeing, Service, Charity, Environment and Diversity. Together with our Heads of House, students meet regularly to drive important campaigns and initiatives to further improve our school.

In Year 10, students have the opportunity to become House Captains and Vice House Captains for their House. This provides year 10 students with leadership experiences and builds their confidence ready for Year 11.

We also have a strong Year 11 Prefect Leadership Programme where students apply to become part of the Senior Prefect Team and Prefect Teams in their final year at Hope Academy. Supporting our students’ leadership skills, helps them develop personally and socially. We are very proud of all our student leaders across the academy.
