Hope Academy offers regular, high-quality professional development within a supportive, developmental environment. We are a WalkThrus and Steplab school and draw on this expertise, as well as expert teachers and leaders within the academy, to support all colleagues in developing their knowledge and skills.

We support colleagues with external programmes
We partner with Inspire Learning Teaching School Hub North West to deliver our Early Career Teacher (ECT) programme, the Church of England Foundation for Educational Leadership to deliver National Professional Qualifications (NPQs) and other institutions to support staff development in a variety of areas. This provides a pathway from the start of a teacher’s career right up to headship. We supplement these programmes with our own leadership development programme. Belonging to All Saints Multi Academy Trust also provides many opportunities for staff to develop their knowledge and skills and grow their careers.
