Chaplaincy

At Hope Academy, chaplaincy is a visible and vital part of our school community. As a joint denominational school, we are proud to be rooted in both Anglican and Catholic traditions, united by our shared Christian vision: to serve others through love. This vision is lived out daily through the work of our chaplaincy, which nurtures faith, offers pastoral support, and builds bridges between our school and the wider community.

Chaplaincy is led by Kasia, our dedicated School Chaplain and Lead Chaplain for All Saints Multi Academy Trust. Kasia is available throughout the week to support both students and staff, offering a listening ear, spiritual guidance, and a welcoming space in our school chapel.

Our chaplaincy reaches out into the wider community. Clergy from both Anglican and Catholic denominations, local charities, and community groups regularly visit Hope Academy to lead initiatives, worship, and workshops. These partnerships enrich our chaplaincy provision and strengthen our ties with the Archdiocese and Diocese of Liverpool.

The chaplaincy offers a safe and welcoming space for all. Students can drop in for a quiet chat, join a six-week support programme, or simply enjoy time in the chapel during breaks and lunch. It’s a place where everyone is accepted and valued for who they are.
